So for the second straight ratings period I was #1 among males 25-54. The fall book I had an 8.1 which my OM informed me was the best number in over 4 years at my slot. The Spring book is usually lower...so what did Caveman Radio do? 11.8 for the spring. I'm not actually sure what I need to do to get myself a decent gig in the NY/CT area? I need to be closer to my 86 year old father at this point in his life as he is my best friend. Life is too short to be this far away from the people you care about. You only get one father.
If I can't land a gig in the NY/CT area soon, I'm just going to have to get out of this business and go back to property management.

Loved your twisted, self deprecating humor! I wish those other goofy ass "DJ" type jocks out there would take a listen to you and learn a thing or two. By the way, not all of us down here in the South are complete morons. I "get" your Northern, lilly white ass, humor and love it (even if most of it pertains to ripping us apart)
The cool thing is, you're not a d_ck about it. You rip yourself apart too. You recognize the humor in every day life, and yes, I hate to say it, you're right; there's a lot to make fun of down here. We're a pretty easy target.
Keep up the great work and if you could play some Van Halen or Godsmack around 7:30 that would be great.
